iPod connector Empty iPod connector

Has anyone been using iPod on the Kenwood head unit?

i've tried using the standard iPod-PC USB connector but there is no sound coming out from the iPod.. Neutral
The Kenwood head unit can only detect the music files and even select which song to be played..

Do i need to buy Kenwood KCA-IP301v USB cable for the iPod as the solution? Rolling Eyes

yes, u need to buy a cable to hook up your ipod/iphone to kenwood unit.

if you buy from mitsubishi/kenwood, it will cost around rm200.

i got mine from ebay. just cost around rm60.
